Laces from Turkey
Filetül was established in 1982 in Istanbul, Turkey, by Yusuf Burla. On jan area of only 400 square meter and with just two machineries, Mr.Burla produced home textile products until 1990. Years later Filetül started producing high quality fabrics for fashion, which today forms the majority of its exports.
Filetül has proven itself and placed its name in the global market with its export volume and product quality. It is now located in Istanbul textiles center on a 10.000 square meter area with the highest technology machinery.
Production facilities have 300 tons fabric production capacity per month. The production process includes creating the yarn, designing the fabrics as well as dyeing them. Polyester, lace, micro lace, lycra lace, cotton lace, crochet fabrics, nettings (filets), and tulles are some of the types of fabrics.
Greece, Spain, Chile, Romania, United Kingdom, Latvia, Belgium, Macedonia, Poland, France, Tunisia, Australia, Netherlands, Republic of South Africa, Mexico, Hong Kong and United States are some of the countries they currently business with. Clients include some of the leading fashion firms.
