Sewwand is a service that allows its users ("you", "your") to search and request textile samples directly to manufacturers through its product galleries. Our site, mobile sites and associated applications (collectively, our "site") are managed and processed by Fashion Hub Europe SL ("Fashion Hub Europe ", "we", "our", "us") as owner and data controller.
We are aware of the trust you place in us when you submit your personal information. We attach the utmost importance to it and are entirely committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the personal information that you entrust to us when you visit our site or use our services.
1. What information we collect from you
We collect and store information that you provide us on our site or that you send to us by any other means. This includes information that may be used to identify you or contact you directly ("personal information").
Personal information includes the information that you provide us, notably your name, and email address. Once you submit a sample request: telephone number, company name, postal and electronic addresses.
This information is mandatory to submit any sample request through our website in order to let suppliers know to whom they should send the sample and why (business purpose).
Other information that we may need to collect also includes your IP address, identification and location data of your computer or mobile device, and your browsing history on our site, to the extent that this information concerns you.

If you make submit a sample request on behalf of a third party or share products though our platform, you will need to enter their personal information. You must obtain the consent of such third parties before giving us their personal information.

Fashion Hub Europe may use the information collected about you in the decision to deactivate your account, in particular in the following cases:
Remind that Sewwand platform’s main goal is to create reliable business relationships between textile professionals and fabric/trimming manufacturers. Any inspiration and fraudulent use of the content (copying manufacturer’s creations) is not accepted.
You will be notified of the deactivation of your account by email.

For example, we will be able to communicate to our advertisers the number of visitors to our site or the most popular product galleries. This information does not contain any personal data.

As soon as you have registered on our site, you can change your marketing preferences at any time, through the " My subscriptions" section of your account. You will be automatically included into our mailing list with the unique purpose to share you our news, trends information, new products listed in Sewwand Site.
You will also be able to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. To do this, click on the unsubscribe link that you will find at the bottom of each communication you receive from us.
Please note that we may send you service communications, such as administrative messages about your account or transactional messages related to one of your sample request. It is not possible to unsubscribe from these service communications.
You may also close your Sewwand account using the procedure set out below. If you decide to close your Sewwand account, we will deactivate it, and remove your profile information and your reviews from view.
To close your Sewwand account, contact us at [email protected]. We will send you an email to confirm your request. Remember that once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to login, access your personal information and sample requests panel to manage your previous activity.
6. How we protect your information
We want you to use our site with confidence. For this, we are committed to protecting the information we collect. Although no website can guarantee absolute security, we have implemented and maintain appropriate organisational, technical, administrative and physical measures to protect the personal information you provide us against unauthorised or unlawful access, use of disclosure, and against accidental loss, damage, alteration or destruction. For example, we use data encryption when we transfer your information between our system and those of other parties with whom we share that information. We also use firewalls and intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorised access to your information.
